A user in role 'Project Admin' can inspect all registered projects and deals with the creation and management of resource profiles. Said resource profile bundle certains system resource aspects (ticket quotation, notification reports and synchronization targets/intervals) and are later assigned to projects.
All functionality is available using the web frontend: http://host.example/nag-web-jsp/projectAdmin/management/overview.
The Project Management Page offers all functionality regarding the project administration role. The page lists all registered project namespaces, all projects and controls for the management of resource profiles.
The project namespaces table lists all namespaces and the corresponding users that registered the namespaces.
The projects table lists all registered projects including the project id, the project name, namespace, license, ticket quotation and the associated members - use the filter to narrow down the number of displayed projects.
Selecting one of the displayed projects you can inspect the project details and the assigned project members. If needed the admin can assign further project members, change the roles of assigned members and disband users from a project.
The Quota Profile table lists all registered Quota Resource Profiles including the corresponding properties. Selecting one of the profiles, you can modify said properties and the localisation. Please note that the changes get effective immediately.
You can create new Quotation Profiles using on the Project Management Page stating a new profile name that will be used internally. An Accounting Admin can expose new Quota Profiles by creating a product that features the new profile (see Accounting Guide).
The Notification Profile table lists all registered Notification Resource Profiles including the associated reports. Selecting one of the profiles, you can inspect the Crontabs of the MBeans controlling the report execution and modify the localisation of the profile.
You currently cannot create new Notification Profiles.
The Synchronization Profile table lists all registered Synchronization Profiles including the linked Backends. Selecting one of the profiles you can inspect the synchronization interval, the number of allowed Connectors (a "Synchronization Connector" is a synchronization target configuration to a specific Issue Manager instance and bound to a certain Naggregator project) and the localisation of the profile.
You can create new Synchronization Profiles using the Project Management Page stating a new profile name (which is only used internally). An Accounting Admin can expose new Synchronization Profiles by creating a product that features the new profile (see Accounting Guide).
